Be part of the best day of the summer

The Edmonton Highland Gathering runs on the people who show up for it. The competitors giving it their all, the volunteers keeping the day rolling, the vendors filling the stalls, and the sponsors who help make the whole thing possible. There is a spot for you in that mix, no Scottish roots or kilt required. Whether you want to compete, lend a hand, sell your wares, or put your name behind a great community day, here is how to jump in. Have a scroll, pick your part, and let’s make this one a cracker.

Volunteer Signup

A day this big does not run itself, and that is where you come in. Our volunteers are the friendly faces pouring pints, guiding guests, cheering on dancers, and keeping the good times flowing. It is a brilliant way to meet new people, share a few laughs, and feel like part of the family. No experience needed. Just bring a bit of energy and a willingness to muck in.

From handcrafted goods to tasty bites, we love showcasing local makers and small businesses. Apply to reserve your spot and set up shop in the heart of the action.
